We work with the people doing the job, build around the tools they use, and check that they can run the finished system.
We follow the calls, files, decisions, people, and exceptions. The current process is documented before it is automated.
We connect only what the workflow requires, test it with the people doing the work, and keep humans at consequential decision points.
Your team gets the system, documentation, training, access map, and a clear list of any third-party costs that remain.

Client work / active engagement
A Colorado Springs furniture rental and delivery business. The engagement focuses on gathering inquiry details and helping the team coordinate the next step.
Entity notice: Home Stagers Choice is a VBoarder client and a separate company. It owns its client relationships, inventory, pricing, schedules, records, and staging decisions.

Use the system on ourselves
Answer five questions to assemble a summary you can review before sending an inquiry. This guided demonstration uses a fixed question set; it is not a live AI agent.
Service territory
VBoarder is based in Colorado Springs and serves El Paso County and the Southern Front Range. On-site discovery is scoped to the engagement; remote work is available where it fits.
Straight answers
We work close to the operating team, inspect the actual workflow, and build the working system—not only a strategy deck. The engagement includes implementation, documentation, and handoff.
No forced VBoarder subscription is required. Projects are scoped and delivered. Third-party services such as hosting, phone, database, model, or automation tools may have their own ongoing fees; those costs are separated before approval.
No. We remove avoidable re-entry, searching, routing, and status reconstruction. People remain accountable for relationships, regulated decisions, quotes, schedules, and exceptions.
No. The first step is understanding the work. AI is one possible component, not the starting assumption.
