Scores of UK surfers and smiling spectators made it to Fistral Beach, Newquay to be a part of the 2011 Nike 6.0 Night Surf.
Glorious weather during the day’s qualifiers eventually made way for an electric evening of floodlit finals all set to a backdrop of Hanni El Khatib’s unique blend of blues and rock.
This was the biggest stop on the UK Pro Surf Tour so far with £15K up for grabs across the divisions, UK surfers also had a chance to stake a claim in the £10K prize purse on offer for the UK leg of Cash For Tricks.
